Pert House Hotel - Potsdam

The hotel is beautifully restored and the interiors are pristine. The room was very clean and inviting, and the climate control was excellent and modern. Daily continental breakfast options were generous.

Appreciated Potsdam, the hotel was lovely old in the middle of jackson. I had a double room with a private bathroom. I found the property's location great and easy, really close to Potsdam, and the down town area. Also, such main attraction as Hantz Field was 1 mile from this hotel.

The room felt cramped, but the microwave was handy to have.

Breakfast options were pretty lackluster, heavy in processed foods with little in the way of healthy choices-just a few pre-packaged items and some yogurt. On top of that, the noise from a compressor next door interrupted sleep multiple times, and we faced a bizarre incident where someone accessed our room due to potential flaws in the security code system. No staff on site also.

The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the automatic drip coffee prepared each morning at 7:00 AM. It added convenience to my routine. The location is lovely, in a quaint historic house nestled in a quiet area. I faced difficulties with the check-in process due to the lack of email instructions, leaving me puzzled upon arrival. The breakfast options were lacking. Only basic cereals were available, which didn't quite justify the price. While I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and comfortable accommodations, the service and breakfast could greatly improve.

I stayed in the King Room for 1 night as a solo traveler, and the bed was super comfortable! The room was lovely and beautifully renovated. I really appreciated how clean everything was. The hotel manager was quick to respond when I needed help. Only downside was it felt a bit small for my taste.
